This parameter allows NMS to create/delete entries of this table. The only possible supported RowStatus vaules are active (1) and destroy (6).
What is agnCT1E1RingRowStatus?
This controls whether a T1/E1 ring topology entry exists and is active in the configuration table via row creation or deletion. It manages the lifecycle of ring port memberships. An operator uses this to add or remove a T1 circuit from a ring redundancy configuration during maintenance or topology changes.
