What is ringPortOperStatus?
This reports the actual operational status of the AXSON ring interface as either up or down, reflecting real conditions rather than administrative configuration. An admin compares this against ringPortAdminStatus to spot a port that's administratively up but operationally down, indicating an underlying fault. It's the read-only counterpart to the admin status setting.
