etherPortStatsTxBadSequenceError
Module: PORT-MIB
OID (symbolic): PORT-MIB::etherPortStatsTxBadSequenceError
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5812.3.3.1.22
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Counter
Access: read-only
Description: Number of bad frames (due to frame Sequence Error) transmitted.
What is etherPortStatsTxBadSequenceError?
This counts bad frames transmitted because of a frame sequence error detected internally on the transmit path. A sequence error generally means the hardware's internal frame-assembly logic lost track of ordering while building the outgoing frame. An admin would treat rising counts here as another hardware-integrity signal specific to this port's transmit circuitry.
