Description: Juniper Networks conformance definitions for PPPoE subscriber profile management on Juniper E-series edge routers.
Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
What Is Juniper-PPPoE-Profile-CONF?
Juniper-PPPoE-Profile-CONF is a Juniper Networks AGENT-CAPABILITIES conformance module that declares which parts of the PPPoE Profile MIB are implemented by the SNMP agent on Juniper E-series edge routers, a platform historically used for broadband subscriber aggregation. It does not define runtime data objects itself, only a statement of supported groups/objects for the PPPoE subscriber-profile management feature on a given E-series software release. Since it is a pure conformance declaration, it contributes nothing directly to monitoring hardware or software status -- no counters, alarms, or state objects exist in this module. It depends entirely on the underlying Juniper PPPoE Profile MIB whose feature support it documents. Such capability statements are used by MIB compilers and NMS onboarding tools to confirm feature-support compatibility for Juniper E-series broadband edge deployments rather than for operational polling. Engineers can download the Juniper-PPPoE-Profile-CONF file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in Juniper-PPPoE-Profile-CONF. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.

Monitoring Examples
As an AGENT-CAPABILITIES module with no sample data objects, this MIB has no monitoring scenario of its own -- it only enumerates which PPPoE Profile MIB groups are supported on a given Juniper E-series software release, consumed by management tooling at compile/registration time rather than through live polling.
