Description: The adjustment to apply to a universal (Greenwich) time received when down-line loaded, comprising two octets. The first octet is the number of hours west of universal, the second is the number of minutes. Corresponds directly to SERVER TIMEZONE and the value labeled 'Timezone:' in the SERVER CHARACTERISTICS display.

What is sysTimeZone?

A 2-octet timezone offset (hours west of UTC, then minutes) applied to time received via down-line load; for example set it for US Eastern time so timestamps shown on the unit match the local site.
