What is ipxBasicSysOpenSocketFails?
Read-only Counter tallying how many IPX socket-open calls have failed on this system, which can indicate the socket table is exhausted (see ipxBasicSysConfigSockets). The MIB's NT Router notes say this is not supported and always reads 0 there.
