What is ipxAdvSysOutFiltered?
Read-only Counter tallying outgoing IPX packets dropped by configured filters, the outbound counterpart to ipxAdvSysInFiltered. The MIB's NT Router notes say this always reads 0 there since system-wide statistics aren't kept.
