What is rTrapAddrFlag?
This OID marks whether a trap-destination entry is fixed(0), meaning it cannot be removed by the aging process, or removable(1), meaning it can expire and be deleted automatically. An admin uses this to protect a permanently-configured NMS address from being aged out while still allowing dynamically learned entries to be cleaned up.
