What Is HPNSASCSI-MIB?

HPNSASCSI-MIB is a legacy HP (enterprise OID 11) proprietary MIB reporting SCSI host-bus-adapter (HBA) and attached-device inventory. Its objects cover MIB revision, an agent-module table (index, name, version, date), an HBA table (index, target ID, manager ID, host-adapter ID), and a device table (HBA index, target-ID index, LUN index, device type, removable-media flag, ANSI/ECMA/ISO version, vendor ID). As a hardware-status MIB it lets an administrator confirm attached SCSI device inventory per HBA/LUN on legacy HP server equipment. It is deployed on legacy HP server equipment (SCSI HBA/device inventory). Engineers can download the HPNSASCSI-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
