Description: Learn the addresses of the managers automatically.
What is rTrapLearning?
This enables(1) or disables(0) automatic learning of manager addresses for the runtime trap-address table, so the device can add entries on its own as it observes management traffic. An admin disables this when they want full manual control over which managers receive traps.
