Description: This object identifies the queue CIR.
What is cfmTrafficPortQosShaperCIR?
This configures the Committed Information Rate for a QoS shaper queue automatically created on an Ethernet Traffic Port the first time a Down MEP is provisioned there, the traffic-port counterpart to cfmAccPortQosShaperCIR and cfmNetPortQosShaperCIR. An admin tunes this to control CFM OAM bandwidth allowed on that traffic port.
