Description: This object identifies the queue CIR.
What is cfmNetPortQosShaperCIR?
This configures the Committed Information Rate for a QoS shaper queue automatically created on an Ethernet Network Port the first time a Down MEP is provisioned there, the network-port counterpart to cfmAccPortQosShaperCIR. An admin tunes this to control CFM OAM bandwidth allowed on the network-side port.
