What is npGsmStrength?

Reports the GSM modem's signal strength, scaled 0-31 for roughly 0-100%, with 99 meaning unknown or not applicable and 255 meaning the reading is still updating. Weak or unavailable signal here explains why SMS alerts might not be getting through.
