What is npGsmStrength?
This reports GSM signal strength, where 0-31 maps to roughly 0-100%, 99 means unknown/not applicable, and 255 means the value is still updating. An admin uses this to diagnose poor cellular connectivity, for example confirming a weak signal is the reason SMS alerts aren't being delivered reliably.
