What is npRelayStartReset?
This read-write INTEGER triggers a timed power-cycle of the relay's output when written with 1, switching it off briefly then back on. An admin uses this to remotely power-cycle a stuck downstream device, such as a router plugged into the controlled outlet, without touching npRelayMode directly.
