What is npPwrResetsCounter?
This read-write INTEGER counts how many times the watchdog has forced a power reset on this channel since the counter was last cleared. An admin checks it to gauge how often an attached device has been unresponsive enough to need a watchdog reset, and writes 0 to reset the count after investigating.
