What is npPwrStartReset?
Write 1 to this to trigger a forced watchdog-style reset on the power channel; reading it back reports 0 normal operation, 1 reset active, or 2 reboot pause active (or watchdog inactive). Poll this after issuing the reset to confirm the channel finished cycling.
