What is npRelHumSafeRangeLow?
This read-only INTEGER (0-100) is the configured bottom margin, in percent relative humidity, of the sensor's safe range. An admin compares npRelHumSensorValueH against this threshold to know when a reading counts as belowSafeRange. If npRelHumSafeRangeLow is set to 20 and the sensor reads 15, npRelHumSensorStatusH would correctly flag belowSafeRange(1).
