This read-write INTEGER (0-2) both triggers and reports a forced power-channel reset: writing 1 starts the reset, while reading back returns 0 for normal operation, 1 while the reset is active, or 2 while a reboot pause is active or the watchdog is inactive. An admin writes 1 to force-cycle power on that channel, then polls the same object to confirm the reset has completed. Reading npPwrStartReset as 2 tells an admin the channel is in its post-reset pause window rather than back to normal operation yet.
