The time when the last LSP Path Discovery to the group was attempted.
This object will be set to '0' on reset.
What is rttMonLpdGrpStatsLPDStartTime?
This timestamp records when the last LSP Path Discovery probe attempt was made for a group of LSP paths. It tracks operational timing of path discovery diagnostics. An operator would check this to see if path discovery is regularly running; a stale timestamp would indicate the probe is not executing.
