The sum of RTT's of all positive jitter values from packets sent from source to destination.
What is rttMonLatestJitterOperSumOfPositivesSD?
This OID stores the sum of all network delay measurements that were higher than baseline when packets traveled from source to destination. Higher values indicate variable delays (jitter), which degrades voice and video quality. A network manager checks this when users report call quality issues to quantify how much delay variation the network is introducing.
