Description:
The number of packets arrived out of sequence.
What is rttMonLatestJitterOperPacketOutOfSequence?
This OID counts how many test packets arrived at the destination in the wrong order. Out-of-sequence packets indicate network congestion or path instability where packets are taking different routes. A network operator would monitor this to detect quality problems on links that should deliver packets reliably in sequence.
