This object stores the high-order 32 bits of a 64-bit cumulative sum representing one-way latency measurements from source to destination in a Cisco RTT Monitor jitter operation. The low-order 32 bits are stored separately in rttMonLatestJitterOperOWSumSD, allowing tracking of extremely large latency accumulations across many probe cycles. Operators use this pair of values to calculate average one-way latency and to detect directional delay asymmetry on network paths.
