What is rttMonLatestJitterOperMaxOfPositivesDS?

This gauge measures the largest amount of positive jitter (delay variation) observed in the most recent measurement cycle for packets traveling from destination back to source. Positive jitter indicates packets arriving faster than expected, which combined with negative jitter creates overall variation in latency.
