The sum of RTT's of all negative jitter values from packets sent from source to destination.

What is rttMonJitterStatsSumOfNegativesSD?

This counter accumulates the sum of round-trip times (RTT) for all negative jitter values observed in packets sent from source to destination in Cisco IP SLA (Service Level Agreement) jitter monitoring. Jitter measures variation in delay; negative jitter means packets arrived faster than the baseline. Network quality engineers use this to calculate average jitter characteristics and detect performance trends on monitored paths.
