The sum of one way times from destination to source (low order 32 bits). The high order 32 bits are stored in rttMonJitterStatsOWSumDSHigh.
What is rttMonJitterStatsOWSumDS?
Reports the low-order 32 bits of the sum of one-way delay times for packets traveling from destination to source, used with the corresponding high-order value to compute total and average one-way delay.
