What is rttMonJitterStatsMaxOfICPIF?

This object records the peak value of the Integrated Codec Processing and Impairment Factor (ICPIF) observed during jitter monitoring operations, which estimates voice call quality. A higher ICPIF indicates more voice degradation from packet loss, delay, and jitter. An operator uses this to assess whether the network can adequately support VoIP applications and to identify when quality degrades below acceptable thresholds.
