Description:
Specifies the max duration between initiating each RTT operation for all the probes specified in the group.
If this is 0 and rttMonGrpScheduleAdminFreqMin is also 0 then rttMonGrpScheduleAdminFrequency becomes the fixed frequency.
What is rttMonGrpScheduleAdminFreqMax?
Sets the maximum interval allowed between successive starts of RTT operations for all probes in a group; if both this and the minimum frequency are 0, the group instead runs at the fixed rttMonGrpScheduleAdminFrequency.
