What is cldcMovedToRunStateEnabled?

This object controls whether the wireless controller generates notifications when a client device transitions into the running (connected) state. Setting this to true enables trap messages for every client join event; setting to false disables these notifications to reduce message volume. Operators enable this during troubleshooting to monitor client connectivity patterns and disable it in large networks where frequent joins would overwhelm the management station.
