What Is CISCO-IPSEC-PROV-CAPABILITY?
CISCO-IPSEC-PROV-CAPABILITY is an AGENT-CAPABILITIES module declaring which parts of the CISCO-IPSEC-PROVISIONING-MIB a Cisco device's agent supports. It belongs to the IPsec/VPN provisioning area and defines no managed objects, tables, or notifications of its own. As a conformance statement it is not used to monitor hardware or software status directly; it exists to let management systems know which IPsec provisioning objects are implemented on a given platform or software version. It is entirely dependent on the CISCO-IPSEC-PROVISIONING-MIB it profiles. It is typically consulted by NMS/MIB compiler tooling during capability negotiation rather than polled during routine operations.
