An administrator would poll cfprDomainEnvironmentFeatureTable, reading cfprDomainEnvironmentFeatureFunctionalState and cfprDomainEnvironmentFeatureFltAggr for each feature identified by cfprDomainEnvironmentFeatureName/cfprDomainEnvironmentFeatureType. A non-normal functional state combined with a nonzero fault-aggregation value would indicate a domain-wide problem, such as a shared environment feature degraded across multiple chassis, warranting escalation beyond a single device.
