Description: Defines SNMP agent capability statements for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) MIB.
Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
What Is CISCO-CCM-CAPABILITY?
CISCO-CCM-CAPABILITY is a Cisco AGENT-CAPABILITIES conformance module, not a data-bearing MIB, for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) technology area. It declares which object groups of the companion CISCO-CCM-MIB a given CallManager server/release supports. It exposes no runtime status data itself, though it governs the availability of CallManager health and status objects (elsewhere used to monitor call processing, registered phones, and server status) on a given deployment. It is entirely dependent on the CISCO-CCM-MIB it profiles. It is used by NMS tools to confirm CallManager MIB feature support before attempting to monitor a Cisco Unified Communications Manager server's call-processing status. Engineers can download the CISCO-CCM-CAPABILITY file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in CISCO-CCM-CAPABILITY. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.

Monitoring Examples
This module contains no monitorable runtime objects; it is a capability declaration mapping supported CISCO-CCM-MIB groups to specific Cisco Unified Communications Manager releases. It would be consulted by management tooling to confirm which CallManager status and call-processing objects are available before querying CISCO-CCM-MIB directly, not to retrieve status itself.
