Description: Indicates the number of Tunnels using this MPLS Resource Color Group.
What is cienaCesTeResourceColorGroupUseCount?
This counts how many MPLS tunnels are currently configured to reference this Resource Color Group in their path constraints (include/exclude rules). This tells an admin the blast radius of modifying or deleting the group -- a use count of zero means it's safe to remove, while a high count means many tunnels' routing behavior depends on its current color membership. Before editing which colors belong to a group, checking this counter avoids inadvertently changing the effective path constraints for every tunnel that references it.
