What is cienaCesTeResourceColorGroupIndex?
This identifies which Resource Color Group (a named set of colors used to tag links for administrative or SRLG-style path constraints) this TE link belongs to, out of up to 64 possible groups on the device. Resource colors let engineers mark links with attributes like 'submarine-cable' or 'leased-fiber' so that CSPF path computation can be told to include or exclude links carrying particular colors when placing tunnels. A link tagged with resource color group index 3, say defined elsewhere as 'SATELLITE-LINKS,' would be automatically avoided by any tunnel configured to exclude that color.
