What is cienaCesTeLinkTotalBandwidthPrio1?
This reports the total bandwidth (kbps) configured for RSVP-TE reservation at priority level 1 on this TE-link, the next tier down from the top priority-0 pool in the eight-level RFC 3209 preemption scheme. Priority 1 is often used for high-value but slightly less critical services than priority 0, and this pool being sized separately lets an admin dedicate distinct capacity to that tier without competing against the absolute top tier. A link showing 1500000 kbps here means that much bandwidth is set aside purely for priority-1-class tunnels regardless of priority-0 usage.
