What is cienaCesTeLinkReservedBandwidthPrio0?
This is the portion of the priority-0 bandwidth pool on this TE-link that is currently actually reserved by tunnels signaled at that top priority level, as opposed to merely allocated in the configuration. Comparing this against the Total Priority 0 figure tells an admin how much of the highest-priority capacity is already committed versus still open for new premium tunnels. If Reserved Priority 0 climbs to 1900000 kbps against a 2000000 kbps total, the network is nearly out of room for any additional top-priority tunnel without either freeing existing reservations or raising the pool size.
