What is cienaCesTeLinkMode?
This indicates the traffic-engineering mode configured for this interface -- for example, whether GMPLS/RSVP-TE is fully active on the link, only partially enabled, or effectively disabled for TE purposes even though the interface is up. This setting gates whether the link is actually eligible to be selected by CSPF for new MPLS tunnel paths at all, regardless of its bandwidth or metric values. A link showing an unexpected or disabled TE mode explains why tunnels never seem to route across it even though it appears to have ample reservable bandwidth.
