What is cienaCesTeInterfaceName?
This is the name of a Traffic Engineering (TE) interface -- a physical or logical link that has been enabled for RSVP-TE/GMPLS traffic engineering and advertised into the TE database (e.g., via OSPF-TE or ISIS-TE). This is the label an admin sees when identifying which physical link corresponds to a given set of TE attributes (bandwidth, metric, SRLGs, etc.) reported elsewhere in this MIB. A TE interface named '10GE-1/1-CORE' tells the engineer exactly which physical port's traffic-engineering parameters are being reported.
