This defines the resolved CoS policy for the tunnel -- how the device determines the resolved internal priority (as opposed to the frame-level policy) used for scheduling and marking when the tunnel egresses traffic, typically applied on the far side of the MPLS core. It works alongside the frame CoS policy to give the device two-stage control over prioritization, one for ingress classification and one for the tunnel's resolved/egress treatment. If service quality issues appear only on the receiving end of a tunnel even though ingress CoS mapping looks fine, this resolved CoS policy is the setting to check next.
