What is cienaCesMplsTunnelRCosMapId?
This is the numeric identifier of the resolved CoS map applied to the tunnel, meaningful only when cienaCesMplsTunnelRcosPolicy is set to rcos-mapped, and, like the related name field, only on Ciena's 39XX and 51XX platform families. This conditional and platform-specific relevance means an admin must first check both the policy setting and the device model before treating this ID as authoritative. On the 87XX family, the equivalent function is instead exposed via the RCosProfileId/Name objects rather than this map ID.
