What is cienaCesMplsStaticOperLabelRangeEnd?
This object reports the end of the static label range that is actually enforced right now, mirroring the operational start-of-range object but for the upper boundary. An admin uses the gap between this operational end value and the operational start value to calculate exactly how many static tunnel labels are currently usable in practice, which is the number that actually matters for day-to-day provisioning rather than whatever was last configured. For example, a currently-enforced range of 16 to 5000 gives roughly 4,984 usable static labels right now, regardless of any pending administrative change awaiting a reboot.
