This object sets the end of the label range reserved for manually-assigned static MPLS tunnels, working together with the corresponding range-start object to define exactly how many static labels are available, and also requiring a reboot to take effect. An admin sizes this boundary based on how many static tunnels the network actually needs configured, since setting it too low can leave no room to add a new static LSP later, while setting it unnecessarily high wastes label space that could otherwise be freed for dynamic signaling. For example, an end value of 5000 paired with a start of 16 provides room for roughly 5,000 static tunnel labels.
