What is cienaCesMplsPwPeerIpAddr?
This is the IP address of the remote PE router that terminates the far end of this pseudowire, used as the target for LDP signaling and as the destination for the MPLS-encapsulated pseudowire traffic. This is one of the two parameters, along with the PW ID, that must match on both ends for the pseudowire to successfully establish, and it's the address an admin would ping or traceroute to when troubleshooting reachability underlying a down pseudowire. If this shows 203.0.113.5 but that address is unreachable in the core, the pseudowire cannot come up regardless of any label or CoS configuration.
