What is cienaCesMplsPWTrafficStatsOutgoingBytes?

This is a running byte counter for traffic transmitted on this pseudowire toward the remote peer, the transmit-direction counterpart to the incoming byte counter, similarly used to compute actual outbound throughput over time by polling and differencing successive values. This lets an admin verify that outbound customer traffic volume matches expectations for the service, and comparing it against the incoming byte counter reveals whether the service's traffic pattern is roughly symmetric or heavily skewed in one direction, for example a video-streaming customer with far more outgoing than incoming bytes on the delivery leg. As with the incoming byte counter, its 32-bit width means it should be polled often enough on high-bandwidth pseudowires to catch counter wraps accurately.
