Description: The end of the static VC administrative label range. There cannot be any overlap between static and dynamic label ranges. Setting this object does not become effective until the device is rebooted.

This is the upper boundary of the administratively configured static VC label range, bounding, together with its start value, the total label capacity reserved for manually assigned pseudowires, with changes again requiring a reboot to take effect. This is the number an admin checks against current pseudowire count to see how much room remains before running out of static VC labels specifically. Approaching this ceiling while more static pseudowires are still needed means the range must be widened and the device rebooted before continuing.
