What is cienaCesMplsGlobalStaticAdminLabelRangeEnd?

This reports the upper boundary of the administratively configured static label range, working together with the start value to define exactly which label numbers are set aside for statically (manually) provisioned MPLS constructs on this device, and like the start value, a configuration change here only takes effect after a reboot. An admin needs both boundaries to calculate how much static label space remains before running out when provisioning new static pseudowires or tunnels. If the range is reported as 16 to 5015, only about 5,000 labels are available for static use no matter how many dynamic labels remain free elsewhere.
