Description: The number of outgoing bytes for the given transit tunnel. This object is supported only on specific platforms.

What is cienaCesMplsDynamicTransitTunnelOutgoingBytes?

This object counts bytes this router has forwarded out after label-swapping for a dynamically-signaled transit LSP, mirroring the incoming-byte counter on the same row and limited to platforms that support per-tunnel transit accounting. Subtracting this from the incoming-byte counter over the same poll interval gives an admin a rough estimate of loss or overhead specific to this LSP at this node, something aggregate interface counters cannot isolate per-tunnel. For example, outgoing bytes of 118,502,344 against incoming bytes of 118,600,000 over one interval leaves about 98 KB unaccounted for on this particular transit tunnel, worth investigating if it recurs.
