This object controls whether the dynamic decap tunnel is administratively enabled or disabled, the signaled egress-side counterpart to the other admin-state objects in this MIB. An admin disables this to gracefully stop accepting a specific dynamically signaled LSP's traffic at this termination point ahead of a planned change, rather than letting the remote head-end's resignaling attempts simply fail against a still-enabled but otherwise unready decap entry. For example, disabling this dynamic decap tunnel ahead of decommissioning frees the local router from continuing to accept a signaled LSP that's being retired.
