This object sets the beginning of the label range set aside for dynamically signaled (typically RSVP-TE) MPLS tunnels, and like its static counterpart it must never overlap the static label range. Because dynamically signaled tunnels come and go automatically as LSPs are set up and torn down, this boundary effectively caps how much of the overall label space is available for the control plane to hand out on its own, separate from whatever an operator has manually carved out for static tunnels. For example, setting this to 6000 -- clear of a static range ending at 5000 -- ensures dynamically signaled LSPs never collide with a manually assigned static label.
