What is cienaCesMplsAssociatedForwardTunnelOperState?
This reports whether specifically the forward-direction LSP of an associated pairing is currently up and forwarding traffic, isolated from the reverse leg's own separately-tracked state. An admin drills into this after seeing the overall associated tunnel report trouble, to determine whether outbound traffic on this service is the affected direction. For example, a forward oper state of down paired with a reverse oper state of up tells the admin customers can receive traffic on this service but cannot send it.
